WynD Love Travel Terms & Conditions

Welcome  to WynD Love Travel! Thank you for choosing us to assist with your travel planning. These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel  arrangements booked through WynD Love Travel ("Agency," "WDLT," "we," "our," or  "us"). By requesting a quote, submitting a reservation, or making a  payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the terms and conditions of the applicable travel suppliers.

Quotes, Pricing & Availability

All  pricing is based on supplier availability at the time a quote is  prepared and is subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed with the required deposit. Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted  in U.S. dollars and are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy, triple occupancy, and other room configurations may be available at different rates.

Travel suppliers reserve the right to modify pricing, taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, and other charges at any time prior to ticketing or final  payment, as permitted by their policies.

Reservations & Payments

A  deposit is required to confirm most reservations. Deposit amounts and  final payment deadlines vary by supplier and travel package and will be provided with your reservation.

Payments may be made at any time prior to the final payment deadline. Failure to make payments by the applicable due date may result in supplier-imposed penalties or cancellation of your reservation.

WynD Love Travel is not responsible for reservations cancelled by a supplier due to missed payment deadlines.

Agency Fees

Certain  services provided by WynD Love Travel may be subject to professional planning or service fees. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before they are charged.

If a confirmed reservation is cancelled, a $50 per person WynD Love Travel cancellation fee applies in addition to any cancellation penalties assessed by the travel supplier.

Travel Protection

WynD Love Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel protection for every trip.

Travel  protection options and an initial quote will be provided after your  reservation has been confirmed. The initial quote is valid for 10 days  from the date your booking confirmation is issued. Within that period,  each traveler must either purchase travel protection or complete and  return the required Travel Protection Declination Form, which can be accessed at https://travelwithwynd.com/ins.

If a decision is not received within the 10-day period, the original  insurance quote may expire and any later quote may be subject to updated rates, eligibility requirements, benefits, or plan availability.

Travel  protection is offered through Allianz Global Assistance. Coverage is  subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the  policy purchased.

By declining travel protection, you acknowledge that you understand the financial risks associated with traveling without coverage and accept responsibility for losses or expenses that would otherwise be covered under an applicable travel protection plan.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to WynDLoveTravel@gmail.com. Requests  submitted by text message, voicemail, social media, other messaging platforms, or in other informal forms of communication are not considered official cancellation requests.

Supplier cancellation policies, penalties, and processing timelines vary. Any refunds are governed by the supplier's terms and conditions, less any  applicable agency fees.

Changes requested after a reservation has been confirmed may result in supplier change fees, fare differences, or additional agency service fees.

Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including passports, visas, vaccination records, and any other entry requirements.

It is the traveler's responsibility to verify that all names, dates of birth, and other personal information are accurate at the time of booking. Any costs associated with correcting errors after confirmation are the responsibility of the traveler.

Special Requests

Special  requests, including bedding preferences, connecting rooms, accessible  accommodations, dietary requests, or room locations, will be forwarded to the supplier whenever possible. However, such requests cannot be guaranteed.

Supplier Responsibility

WynD  Love Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor arranging travel services on your behalf. Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and other suppliers are independent  entities responsible for providing their own services.

WynD  Love Travel is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays,  cancellations, schedule changes, or service failures of any travel  supplier.

Force Majeure

WynD  Love Travel is not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, civil unrest, terrorism, transportation interruptions, or other events that may affect travel.

In such situations, refunds, credits, or rebooking options are governed solely by the applicable supplier's policies.

Limitation of Liability

WynD  Love Travel shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death,  property damage, financial loss, inconvenience, delay, or expense arising from the acts or omissions of any travel supplier or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Communication

We are committed to providing responsive, personalized service. Email is the preferred method of communication for reservation confirmations, cancellations, and other time-sensitive requests.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing all travel documents promptly upon receipt and notifying WynD Love Travel immediately of any discrepancies.

Privacy

WynD  Love Travel respects your privacy. Information collected during the booking process is used solely for arranging your travel and communicating with travel suppliers and insurance providers as necessary  to fulfill your reservation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for  additional information.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a reservation request and deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the terms and conditions of the applicable travel  supplier(s). These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically, and the version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your reservation.
